Job Requirements
- Availability for late night shifts from 7pm to 3am
- Availability on Friday or Saturday preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 9 hours
- Be willing to learn and demonstrate a positive attitude
- Previous kitchen experience is not required
- Basic reading ability is required
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare pizza, pepperoni rolls, calzones, pokey sticks, and other hot food products
- Prepare and portion food products before cooking
- Perform duties including plating, boxing, and garnishing cooked items
- Prepare appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates
- Know and comply consistently with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen area
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Answer the phone and take call-in customer orders
- Communicate effectively with team members
