Part Time Night Cook

We are currently seeking a motivated cook and kitchen team member willing to work late-night shifts from 7 pm to 3 am. This is an entry-level position that does not require prior kitchen experience, making it perfect for someone enthusiastic about starting or continuing a career in food service. Key attributes we look for in our team member are a good attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and reliability. Friday or Saturday availability is strongly preferred to support our weekend peak business hours.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing a variety of hot menu items including but not limited to pizzas, pepperoni rolls, calzones, and pokey sticks. You will learn how to properly prepare and portion food products before cooking, along with other critical kitchen tasks such as plating, boxing, and garnishing cooked items. Training will be provided to ensure you understand our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies. Working in this dynamic role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate closely with management, kitchen staff, and front-of-house personnel. Maintaining cleanliness and following kitchen sanitation practices is essential to comply with health and safety standards.
