Rooted in a philosophy centered on Growing People, the company views its associates as the heart of the organization. CMC Hotels is committed to recognizing, nurturing, and advancing the careers of its employees, creating an environment where team members can thrive and contribute significantly to the portfolio's success.
The company is currently seeking dedicated Guest Service professionals to join its esteemed teams. These positions are hourly, with competitive wages that reflect experience and a compelling benefits package. Employees benefit from paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) health insurance, dental and vision coverage, short-term disability, life insurance, and a 401K retirement savings plan. Furthermore, the company offers a monthly bonus plan and exclusive hotel discounts. This opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality, particularly those who value teamwork and superior guest service.
The role of Guest Service professional at CMC Hotels is pivotal in delivering outstanding hospitality. Those selected will be responsible for overseeing guest needs and safety throughout the check-in and check-out processes as well as managing in-house guest experiences. The position demands excellent customer service skills, clear communication, and the capacity to work independently with a self-motivated attitude. Candidates must be comfortable working the 3rd shift, particularly Friday and Saturday night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing consistent service during these critical hours. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, allowing the candidate to effectively navigate hotel operations and guest interactions.
Responsibilities include interfacing with the previous shift and management to stay informed on hotel activities, providing swift and efficient check-in and check-out services, inputting and modifying reservation data within the Property Management System (PMS), processing guest payments securely, and informing guests about hotel policies, amenities, and services. In addition, the role requires thorough daily account reconciliation, with accurate ledger entry into the Inn-Flow database, ensuring meticulous financial oversight for the shift.
This position is suited for individuals who can maintain professionalism during extended standing periods, handle guest comments and suggestions tactfully, and demonstrate reliability verified by a clean background check and dependable transportation. At CMC Hotels, you will become part of a company that values employee growth, rewards dedication, and prioritizes creating memorable guest experiences. Joining this team means embracing a career that values your contributions and supports your development in the hospitality industry.
