Additionally, employees have access to a monthly bonus plan and enjoy hotel discounts.

As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient service to guests, maintaining an accurate and organized front desk through the property management system (PMS), processing payments, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. This is a great opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in hospitality, especially those with prior experience in hotel operations. CMC Hotels values its employees and promotes a work environment that fosters professional growth, recognition, and a sense of community.

By joining CMC Hotels, you become part of a company that not only prioritizes excellence in hospitality but also the personal and professional growth of its team. The role offers exposure to a dynamic work environment where employees can contribute meaningfully to the guest experience while benefiting from comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.
