CMC Hotels is currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join their teams as Guest Service professionals. These roles are essential to maintaining the reputation of the hotels and ensuring that every guest’s experience is welcoming, seamless, and memorable. The company offers competitive hourly wages in alignment with experience levels along with a highly attractive benefits package. This particular position is for the third shift, which operates from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Candidates must have previous hospitality experience to be considered for this role. This guest service position requires a unique blend of skills that include effective communication, superior customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to operate hotel management systems proficiently. Employees in this role are responsible for the safety and needs of all guests during check-in, check-out, and while guests are in-house. Additionally, the position involves end-of-day balancing duties which require accuracy and organizational skills. Job Requirements
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge of Fosse operating system
- Clean background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Ability to handle comments and suggestions

Job Duties
- Interfacing with the previous shift and managers to be updated on hotel activities
- Provide expedient check-in/check-out service
- Provide superior guest service
- Entering/changing reservation information on PMS
- Processing payments from guests
- Provide guests with information concerning hotel policies and amenities/services
- Review and reconcile daily accounting and entering into Inn-Flow database
