The Front Desk Night Auditor role at Emeline is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation and integrity of the property during the overnight hours. This position demands an individual who is dedicated, watchful, and comfortable working through the night, playing an integral part in preparing the property for the day ahead. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to guests, managing the front desk to ensure it remains orderly and efficient, reconciling all accounts, and processing invoices accurately. The Night Auditor is the guardian of the property’s financial accuracy during the transition from one day to the next, balancing accounts from the day shift, auditing for discrepancies, and ensuring all transactions are accounted for. Additionally, this role requires handling guest requests and complaints with professionalism and poise, managing check-ins and check-outs during night hours, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction by coordinating concierge activities such as wake-up calls according to guest preferences. To excel in this role, the individual must have keen attention to detail, the ability to multitask effectively, and prior experience in a similar position is highly preferred.
