- excellent communication and customer service skills
- proficiency in basic computer programs and hotel management software

Job Duties
- Conducting nightly audits of financial transactions and guest information
- verifying the accuracy of guest accounts and resolving any discrepancies
- preparing daily reports and distributing them to the appropriate departments
- assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs as needed
- responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- maintaining a clean and organized work area
- assist with breakfast set-up
