Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role preferably in a hospitality or related setting
- proven experience in handling and parking vehicles safely and efficiently
- demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- experience adhering to strict safety and security protocols

- possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to maintain a clean and presentable appearance
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus
- familiarity with local traffic laws and regulations
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments
- ability to learn and utilize new technologies such as parking management software
Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner providing prompt and courteous service
- safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in designated areas following established procedures and traffic laws
- maintain accurate records of parked vehicles including keys and vehicle information
- assist guests with luggage and other belongings ensuring their safe handling
- maintain a clean and organized valet area including sweeping emptying trash receptacles and reporting any maintenance issues
- monitor traffic flow and direct vehicles efficiently to minimize congestion
- adhere to all safety regulations and procedures including wearing proper attire and using safety equipment
- communicate effectively with other valet attendants security personnel and other staff members
- respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- perform other duties as assigned by management
