We are currently hiring a Lounge Mixologist, a dynamic role that plays a crucial part in delivering an exceptional guest experience in our lounge area. As a Lounge Mixologist, you will be responsible for expertly crafting beverage cocktails in accordance with our Beverage Standards, ensuring each drink meets the high-quality expectations our guests expect. This position requires attentiveness to detail, timely service, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar. Schedule for the role starts typically from 3pm or 5pm until 1am, and the position offers a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour plus tips, making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about mixology and customer service.
In this role, you will be instrumental in setting up and breaking down the bar, which includes securing liquor and properly storing fruit and juices. The responsibility extends to managing inventory of soda, juices, beer (both bottles and kegs), and ice, ensuring stock rotation and availability throughout the shift. You will handle drink orders from guests and servers promptly and professionally, following proper calling order and all check handling procedures, including adherence to credit card policies, prohibiting cash tabs. Maintaining cleanliness in your area is vital and includes duties like cleaning floors, steam-cleaning trashcans, and replacing glassware. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in bartending or mixology
- Ability to handle cashless payment systems
- Availability to work 3pm or 5pm until 1am
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Ability to follow safety and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender preferred
- Knowledge of beverage standards and cocktail recipes
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Set up bar
- Break down bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly
- Accept drink orders from guests/servers in proper calling order
- Make cocktails in accordance Beverage Standards using standard jigger
- Follow all check handling procedures, including all credit card policies and procedures
- Complete all opening and closing duties as listed on the checklist
- Check and replace glassware where needed
