We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Merchandisers to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work independently across various retail locations, showcasing your organizational and time management skills while playing a crucial part in delivering our products to customers. As a Merchandiser, your responsibilities will involve managing inventory levels of celebration items, including greeting cards, gift wrap, accessories, party goods, and plush products, ensuring that displays are appealing, stocked, and well-maintained. The position is part-time with an average of 9 hours per week, which may increase to 18 hours during peak holiday seasons. Flexibility is a key component, as availability during specific daytime hours, particularly Monday mornings, is crucial to meet store needs effectively. The starting pay is $12.60 per hour with scheduled increases after 6 months and 1 year of employment, reflecting our commitment to rewarding employee growth and performance. Job Duties

  • Service stores on assigned route including merchandising and organizing product orders
  • Display product within greeting card departments and other retail locations
  • Maintain organized backroom areas and perform other inventory tasks as needed
  • Communicate with management any questions or concerns regarding service or schedules
  • Work in a fast-paced retail environment using effective time management and organizational skills
  • Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours
  • Provide occasional assistance with store resets including minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal
  • Review and plan weekly service schedule and workload using company-issued tablet
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
