This role is vital in ensuring that their products are properly displayed, well-stocked, and attractively organized within various retail environments. Merchandisers work independently, visiting assigned stores to maintain inventory levels, set up displays, and provide excellent merchandising services.

The position offers starting pay at $14.00 per hour with scheduled increases to $14.80 after six months and $15.50 after one year of continuous employment, with pay rates potentially varying based on location. The ability to work flexible hours is important as the role involves servicing retail locations mostly during daytime business hours, with increased hours around major holidays. Merchandisers will utilize a company-issued tablet for scheduling and managing their weekly workloads and must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Additional duties may include assisting with store resets such as minor fixture work, product assembly, relocation, or removal as needed. While no prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and have reliable transportation to access multiple retail locations on their route.
