The Membership Concierge I role at Life Time is designed to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering outstanding customer service that ensures a welcoming and positive experience for all who enter the facilities. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Membership Concierge I engages with members by answering inquiries, facilitating transactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of club programs, events, pricing, and policies. This role is essential to building lasting relationships that foster member loyalty and satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the club. The position offers hourly pay starting at $16.50 and up to $19.50 depending on experience and qualifications, and it requires flexibility with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
- complete Concierge Certification upon hire
- must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
- commitment to serve others
- effective communication skills
- passion for living a healthy way of life
- ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
- must have good verbal communication
- must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time
- HS graduate or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
- receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
- maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies

- assists members with transactions and general account changes
