Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in a healthcare office or clinic
  • Experience in customer service and scheduling
  • Proficiency with computer and office equipment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to prioritize and organize tasks effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare office or clinic
  • Experience with scheduling, patient referrals, and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Duties

  • Greet and check-out all patients in a friendly, courteous and professional manner
  • Answer phone, schedule and move appointments
  • Collect co-payments and verify demographics
  • Perform various office duties as assigned by Administrator
  • Collect and post payments and record receipts
  • Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing
  • Follow up with patients regarding their co-pays for surgery procedures
  • Maintain primary office scheduling template
  • Schedule outpatient appointments, testing, and surgeries as needed
