Job Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to complete criminal history self-disclosure affidavits
- Ability to obtain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- Willingness to comply with NHCC’s drug-free workplace policy
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM
- Ability to perform safe delivery of meals and light kitchen duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Arizona driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass criminal background check and obtain Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 fingerprint clearance card
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to complete light kitchen and meal preparation tasks
- Commitment to NHCC core values of commitment, purpose, and integrity
Job Duties
- Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
- Represent New Horizon Community Care in a positive light by upholding our core values
- Maintain operational excellence in vehicles and delivery area including cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive and courteous service at all times
- Complete some kitchen tasks and light meal prep as directed
- Meet with Culinary Center Chef on shift to receive specific duty(s) on current shift
- Adhere to NHCC rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
