Currently, we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Events Manager who thrives on creating actionable and result-oriented marketing campaigns rather than merely generating content for content's sake. You will be responsible for developing, launching, and managing paid advertising initiatives across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube, with the goal to optimize the return on investment consistently.

This role goes beyond digital marketing; it also involves the comprehensive planning and coordination of various events, from grand openings and customer appreciation nights to car shows and charity functions. You will handle all facets of event logistics — including vendor coordination, entertainment, permits, and promotional materials — while also building strong community ties with local organizations, businesses, and clubs to foster brand awareness and goodwill.

A successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities and business units. Analytical expertise is crucial, as this role requires regular reporting on key performance indicators such as advertising spend, sales growth, return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per lead, website traffic, conversion rates, and event attendance. Mastery of tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager is essential to provide insights that drive continuous improvement.

This position offers an hourly rate of $30 to $35 based on experience, coupled with quarterly performance bonuses linked directly to measurable business growth. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, ROI, and paid campaign optimization
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Experience planning and coordinating events is highly preferred
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and entrepreneurial
  • Ability to work independently

Job Duties

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance, build remarketing campaigns, and optimize for highest possible ROI
  • Create landing pages, promotions, and customer acquisition funnels that generate leads and sales
  • Manage monthly advertising budgets across multiple businesses
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans for restaurants, automotive ventures, and future acquisitions
  • Plan and coordinate grand openings, customer appreciation events, car shows, live music nights, charity events, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate vendors, entertainment, permits, marketing materials, and event logistics from start to finish
  • Build local sponsorships and relationships with schools, businesses, Chambers of Commerce, apartment communities, car clubs, and realtors
  • Provide weekly reports tracking advertising spend, sales generated, ROAS, cost per lead, website traffic, conversion rates, and event attendance
  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other reporting tools to provide actionable marketing recommendations
