Job Requirements

  • Must know how to use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment

Job Duties

  • Perform daily garbage collection/breezeway inspections
  • maintenance responsibilities
  • perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior

  • adhere to preventative maintenance program
  • perform minor maintenance replacement and repair in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
  • perform drywall repairs
  • complete all required forms and work orders using KWPMC system
  • perform casual labor such as lifting/moving heavy items
  • routinely inspect building mechanical systems/equipment
  • monitor and adjust pool chemical systems
  • inspect common areas for cleanliness and appeal
  • report problems to supervisor
  • maintain assigned equipment
  • observe state, federal, and company safety standards
  • properly utilize new equipment
  • respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • assist in maintaining records of scheduled maintenance procedures
