Job Requirements
- knowledge or experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks
- ability to use power washer and sweeper scrubber preferred
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- physical ability to work inside and outside in various weather
- ability to perform medium to heavy work requiring standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching
- ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- monitor maintenance of facility and associated premises to ensure cleanliness and upkeep
- identify and repair improperly functioning equipment on property
- perform daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
- conduct safety checks, painting, wash-downs, sealants, lubrication, trash and debris removal
- adhere to preventative maintenance schedule drafted by Location Manager
- operate machinery including blowers, sweeper, and power washer
- maintain accurate and timely maintenance logs
- notify Location Manager of required materials, supplies, and tools
- uphold Legacy Parking's customer service standards
- maintain professional attitude with customers, co-workers, management, and the public
- perform other duties as assigned by management
