The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the general maintenance and custodial duties for several parking garages within Atlanta's Midtown area. Maintenance personnel will perform a range of daily tasks including monitoring and repairing malfunctioning equipment, routine cleaning of grounds and equipment, and adherence to a preventative maintenance schedule set by the Location Manager. The person in this role will use various machinery such as blowers, sweepers, and power washers to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the parking facilities. Reporting is crucial to the role, requiring accurate logs and timely communication with management regarding maintenance needs and supply requirements.

Job Requirements
- knowledge or experience in general maintenance or custodial tasks

Job Duties
- monitor maintenance of facility and associated premises to ensure cleanliness and upkeep
- identify and repair improperly functioning equipment on property
- perform daily cleaning and maintenance of grounds, equipment, and surrounding areas
- conduct safety checks, painting, wash-downs, sealants, lubrication, trash and debris removal
- adhere to preventative maintenance schedule drafted by Location Manager
- operate machinery including blowers, sweeper, and power washer
- maintain accurate and timely maintenance logs
- notify Location Manager of required materials, supplies, and tools
- uphold Legacy Parking's customer service standards
- maintain professional attitude with customers, co-workers, management, and the public
- perform other duties as assigned by management
