Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel or related hospitality field preferred
- Ability to stand for entire shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Maintain friendly and courteous demeanor
- Adherence to hotel policies and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work long and varied hours
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Maintain proper uniform and appearance
- Ability to cross-train in other hotel areas
- Maintain confidentiality
- Show initiative and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Knowledge of liquor laws and safe service practices
- Capability to handle guest concerns professionally
Job Duties
- Set up the bar according to hotel standards
- Mix and prepare drinks and cocktails as per hotel recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Serve guests promptly and courteously with their beverage needs
- Monitor and control liquor inventory levels
- Follow all state liquor laws and hotel safety protocols
- Respond to guest complaints and ensure overall satisfaction
