The bartender is responsible for the complete setup of the bar area and mixing drinks in accordance with the hotel’s mixing and presentation standards. This role requires maintaining cleanliness and service quality in the bar area, ensuring guest satisfaction and effective control over liquor inventory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a warm and friendly demeanor, attentiveness, and strong interpersonal skills to interact courteously with guests, managers, and colleagues. They must be knowledgeable about applicable state liquor laws, hotel services, and safety protocols, and be capable of handling guest concerns professionally.
