Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Some culinary experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques food safety and kitchen equipment
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork spirit
- Schedule flexibility
- Demonstrate a consistent Christian lifestyle as referenced by the Mission Statement Statement of Faith and Leadership Guidelines of Indian Rocks Church
- Active membership in Indian Rocks Church including regular worship attendance involvement in a connection group and faithful stewardship
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned by supervising personnel
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrate a consistent Christian lifestyle referenced by the Mission Statement Statement of Faith and Leadership Guidelines of Indian Rocks Church
- Active member of Indian Rocks as defined by regular attendance in worship service involvement in a connection or small group and commitment to stewardship and tithing
Job Duties
- Support the Head Chef in food preparation tasks including chopping vegetables cutting meats and preparing ingredients according to the day's prep sheet
- Prepare and cook menu items following standard recipes ensuring quality consistency and taste in every dish
- Help maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness adhering to health safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations including food presentation and plating
- Monitor and label food inventory ensuring proper storage and reducing waste
- Participate in brainstorming new menu items specials and promotions alongside the Head Chef
- Work in cooperation with all levels of management support staff personnel church leaders volunteers members and guests to fulfil the mission of Indian Rocks
