We are currently seeking a full-time PM Line Cook to join our culinary team and contribute significantly to our evening service. This role is pivotal in ensuring that each dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for recipe accuracy, presentation, and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary skills, particularly in line cooking, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment that complies with all sanitation and safety protocols. Working primarily in the evening, the PM Line Cook will prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring timely execution during often high-volume periods.

The PM Line Cook will set up stations with all necessary supplies before service begins and will assist with inventory management, prep, and storage tasks as required to maintain efficient kitchen operations. Effective communication with fellow team members is essential, especially during busy hours, to ensure smooth coordination and support. We value candidates who bring a positive attitude, reliability, and a passion for the culinary arts. This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18 to $21, commensurate with experience, expecting candidates to have between one and three years of line cooking experience.
