The role offered at The Clubs at Arrowhead is for a skilled Cook with a competitive pay range from $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food preparation and culinary excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of kitchen activities and supporting the food and beverage team by assisting in the preparation and production of various food items. The Cook will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at cooking stations, managing stock supplies and equipment efficiently, and helping to present food attractively and consistently to meet quality standards.

This role requires close collaboration with other kitchen and food service staff to prepare menu items and respond promptly to customer requests, ensuring guest satisfaction and enjoyment. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential traits for this position. Experience in cooking, even if limited to 1-2 years, is preferred but newcomers eager to develop their skills are also encouraged to apply.

Job Duties

  • Assist with the preparation and production of food items for all food and beverage areas
  • Responsible for set up, clean up, and organization of all cooking stations with proper supplies products and equipment
  • Prepare menu items in cooperation and collaboration with food and beverage staff
  • Ensure attractive, consistent presentations of food items
  • Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner
