We are currently seeking a dedicated Lead Service Valet to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering superior trash collection service at apartment communities. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Lead Service Valet plays a critical hands-on role in supporting service coverage, conducting quality control audits, and fostering team development. This position not only ensures that daily operations proceed without interruption but also acts as a vital steppingstone towards becoming an Area Leader. The Lead Service Valet will step in to lead teams and manage routes during the absence of Area Leaders. Beyond reactive problem-solving, success in this role depends on the ability to proactively identify service trends, solve complex problems, and consistently maintain high service standards.

The position is a paid hourly role offering $20 per hour, primarily scheduled for evening shifts from Sunday through Thursday, with flexibility necessary to accommodate business needs. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement for travel undertaken as part of duties, paid via monthly reimbursement. The Lead Service Valet is expected to support multiple districts by adjusting to shifting operational demands, assisting with container deliveries, new client launches, community events, and maintaining robust relationships with peers, leadership, and client contacts.
