The firm stands out by valuing diversity and inclusion, promoting equal opportunity for all employees regardless of race, gender, age, or other protected characteristics. This approach not only enhances its workplace culture but also drives innovation and high performance.

The role of Lead Service Valet with a Pickup Truck is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of trash collection services at various apartment communities stretching from Glenview to Aurora. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and acts as a vital support figure by overseeing service coverage, maintaining quality control, and fostering team development. It is a hands-on job that requires both leadership and practical skills, serving as a key steppingstone to the Area Leader position. Not only will the Lead Service Valet be expected to manage daily operations, but they will also step up during Area Leader absences, overseeing service routes and addressing on-site issues.

This role operates primarily during evening shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, and demands flexibility. Candidates must reside within specified areas including Naperville, Elgin, Bolingbrook, or Aurora. Compensation is competitive at $23 per hour, reflecting the responsibility and expertise required. Responsibilities include training and supporting other Service Valets, conducting audits to ensure service quality and safety, and filling in on routes as necessary. The Lead Service Valet will also identify operational trends, propose improvements, and collaborate across multiple districts based on business needs.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a customer-first mindset, strong work ethic, and innate leadership potential. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments. Familiarity with company tools and mobile applications is necessary for effective job performance. This role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and may require lifting up to 50 pounds and walking long distances.

Valet Living offers a dynamic workplace where employees are encouraged to grow their careers and develop leadership skills. Benefits include a clear path to advancement, active outdoor work, a supportive team environment, and access to DailyPay for fast payment processing. The company also provides a biweekly stipend to support the use of smartphones and data plans necessary for the job. Overall, this position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within a company committed to excellence and employee development.
