Specializing in valet trash collection, Valet Living serves a wide range of communities across the United States, delivering reliable, high-quality service that supports residential living environments. Valet Living emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and commitment to service, creating a workplace where employees are valued for their contributions and encouraged to build long-term careers.

The Lead Service Valet role at Valet Living represents a critical position within the Northern Kentucky region, covering locations including Florence, Covington, and Independence. This is an evening shift opportunity, typically Sunday through Thursday, offering between 20-30 hours per week at a competitive wage of $20 to $22 per hour. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Lead Service Valet acts as the frontline leader who supports operational coverage, ensures service quality, and helps develop the team. This hands-on role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking to gain leadership experience in a dynamic outdoor work environment. The lead valet is more than a service provider; they are a problem solver and trend spotter who maintains the smooth functioning of trash collection routes. When Area Leaders are off, the Lead Service Valet steps into their shoes, managing teams, overseeing service routes, and resolving field issues promptly and effectively.

Key responsibilities include managing service routes, conducting quality and safety audits, training new valets, addressing and escalating service issues as necessary, providing support across multiple districts, and assisting with container delivery and community events. This role demands adaptability, leadership potential, strong organization skills, and a proactive approach to identifying service improvements. Candidates will thrive if they enjoy working independently, value a customer-first mindset, and are comfortable using mobile technology provided by the company. This role also requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Valet Living fosters an inclusive work culture that values diversity and equal opportunity. Employees are offered a clear career path towards leadership roles, a supportive and motivated team environment, and benefits such as DailyPay for fast payment access. The company’s commitment to employee development ensures that individuals who join as Lead Service Valets receive the mentorship and opportunities needed to advance their careers while contributing meaningfully to the communities they serve. This position is a gateway to an Area Leader role and is perfect for those eager to take on more responsibility and impact within the organization. Overall, the Lead Service Valet is essential to sustaining Valet Living’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and exceptional service in Northern Kentucky communities.
