Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement as per local labor laws
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise as needed
- Availability to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of store operational procedures and loss prevention practices
- Ability to operate floor care equipment is an asset

Job Duties
- Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and embodying the REACH philosophy
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment adhering to operational and merchandise standards
- Cross-train in multiple store areas including front-end, dressing room, and jewelry support
- Promote TJX Rewards credit and loyalty programs to customers
- Uphold a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect while communicating effectively with management and associates
- Maintain sales floor cleanliness and participate in store maintenance including operating floor care equipment
- Process and prep merchandise for the sales floor following Door to Floor and Working Smart principles
- Adhere to front-end policies including ringing sequence and operational controls
- Balance register draws and cash office as required
- Ensure 'go backs' are properly tagged, hung, and returned promptly
- Support store shrink reduction goals and adhere to loss prevention controls
- Identify and communicate safety issues immediately to management
- Participate in store recovery and merchandising activities as directed
- Follow all labor laws and associate meal/break period policies
- Perform other duties as assigned.
