Job Requirements
- must have at least one year of janitorial experience
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must have a reliable vehicle
- must pass a criminal background check
- ability to work part-time hours Monday through Friday
- must be able to operate a vehicle safely on property

Job Duties
- drive vehicle around property to clean satellite restrooms three times per week
- perform routine janitorial maintenance tasks including trash removal, floor care, and restroom sanitization
- maintain cleanliness in common areas and facilities throughout the day
- promptly respond to cleaning requests
- ensure supplies are stocked and restocked as needed
- follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
