The Guest Service Expert role at JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is a vital position within the Food and Beverage department. This part-time, non-management position offers flexible day and evening shifts to accommodate various schedules. The Guest Service Expert is dedicated to enhancing the dining experience by delivering exceptional service and anticipating guest needs beyond simply serving food and drinks. The role includes responsibilities such as setting tables, communicating with the kitchen staff, engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Working as a Guest Service Expert requires physical stamina to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods while navigating uneven or slippery surfaces. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to work flexible day and evening shifts
- capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- adherence to company dress code and professional standards
- availability to work part-time schedule
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- less than 1 year related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including day and evening shifts
