The role of In-Room Dining Order Taker at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa is a vital position focused on enhancing the guest experience through efficient and friendly service. As an Order Taker, you will be responsible for accurately recording guest food and beverage orders placed via in-room dining. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
  • California Food Handlers Certification required
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
  • Physical stamina to walk long distances and stand for extended hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
