Job Duties
- Set up/break down meeting rooms per event order requirements
- Store materials such as staging, tables and chairs to designated areas
- Detail of the meeting areas during and after each event such as vacuuming the floors and removing all trash
- Replenish beverages and food items as necessary and respond to any special requests from guest
- Set-up and/or breakdown tables, chairs, audio visual equipment and platforms/stages and other equipment as event order
- Inspect cleanliness and working conditions of all equipment to be set up in function area
