Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and operate cleaning equipment
basic understanding of safety and chemical handling protocols

Excellent customer service skills
ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
no retail experience required
must be 18 years of age or older
flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
client facing retail or service industry experience is preferred

Job Duties

Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards
utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish
complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
