Furthermore, this position encourages teamwork and communication, requiring the associate to use Kohl’s technological tools to plan and share information within the store team. The associate also supports operational functions such as receiving and processing product shipments, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed to provide seamless customer service.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store such as floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures, guidelines, and methods
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty and fostering teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions, taking appropriate partners as needed
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipating customer needs and satisfactorily resolving issues
- Meet or exceed individual goals such as productivity, credit, loyalty
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
