In the role of a Store Cleaner at Kohl's, you will play an integral part in maintaining a clean and safe store environment that enhances the overall customer experience. Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation
complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance safety
routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
support operations team by receiving and processing products, executing stockroom operations, and assisting with omni-channel fulfillment when needed
engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture
exercise good judgment and discernment in decision making
demonstrate a customer service mindset by anticipating needs and resolving issues
