Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow company policies, procedures, standards and safety guidelines
- willingness to complete required training for chemical and equipment use
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- no retail experience required
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- client facing retail or service industry experience is preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance safety
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
- support operations team by receiving and processing products, executing stockroom operations, and assisting with omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
- act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture
- exercise good judgment and discernment in decision making
- demonstrate a customer service mindset by anticipating needs and resolving issues
- meet or exceed individual productivity and performance goals
- accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes
- follow company policies and safety guidelines
- respond proactively to directions from supervisors and managers
- perform other responsibilities as assigned
