- Client-facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when low and ensuring proper storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support operations team by receiving and processing product, executing stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
