Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
- No prior retail experience required
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to use technology tools to communicate and share information effectively
- Training completed for chemical and equipment use
- Knowledge of safety practices and operational procedures
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standards
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low and ensure proper storage and rotation
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset, anticipating customer needs and resolving issues satisfactorily
- Meet or exceed individual goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies
- Receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors, managers and other company personnel
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
