Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Capacity to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Basic proficiency in using technology and tools
- Available for early morning shifts starting at 6 am and afternoon shifts

- No retail experience required

- Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low and ensure proper rotation and storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate, and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
