Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures
- ability to work early morning and afternoon shifts
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- basic communication skills
- willingness to learn and complete required training
- ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
Job Qualifications
- excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- no retail experience required
- must be 18 years of age or older
- flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures, guidelines, and methods
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored in proper containers
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
