Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow safety and operational guidelines
- basic proficiency in communication
- willingness to complete required chemical and equipment training
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- reliable and punctual
- no retail experience required

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish stock and ensure proper storage and rotation
- complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- perform routine basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- use Kohl's tools and technology effectively to communicate and plan with the store team
- support operations team with product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
