The role offered is for a Store Cleaning Associate who will play a crucial part in ensuring the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition. Beginning early in the morning at 6 am, this position focuses on performing daily cleaning and operational tasks that contribute to an overall excellent customer experience. The individual in this role will be responsible for cleaning various areas, such as floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, all while adhering to Kohl's established best practices, standard procedures, and safety guidelines. Use of approved chemicals and equipment is mandatory to maintain safety and hygiene standards.

Additionally, this role includes maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, completing required training on the use of chemicals and equipment, and occasionally supporting stockroom and omni-channel fulfillment operations. The associate will also have customer engagement duties, greeting and assisting customers as needed. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork and company policies. The pay range for this role is typically between $17.45 and $22.70 per hour, with varied availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
