Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No prior retail experience required
- Basic communication skills
- Ability to multitask and follow company policies
- Willingness to complete required training
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer-facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following best practices and standards
- Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies, place orders as needed
- Complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Perform routine basic equipment maintenance
- Use company tools and technology to communicate with the store team
- Support operations team in product receiving, stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment
- Engage customers with greetings and assistance
- Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork
- Exercise good judgment in decision-making
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset
- Meet individual productivity goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks timely
- Follow company policies and safety guidelines
- Respond proactively to supervisor direction
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
