Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store such as floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Maintain company-approved chemical and supply levels by placing orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation
- Complete and keep current required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Perform routine basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
- Support operations team in receiving, processing products, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
