Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older, Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, Ability to perform cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently, Ability to use approved chemicals and equipment safely, Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers, Must complete required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance, Ability to follow company policies and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail, Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, No retail experience required, Must be 18 years of age or older, Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, Client facing retail or service industry experience preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standards, Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment, Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, ensuring supplies are rotated and stored properly, Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance, Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines, Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team, Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed, Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
