In the role of Store Cleaner at Kohl's, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both customers and employees throughout the store. This position involves performing daily cleaning tasks diligently and efficiently to ensure all store areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles, adhere to Kohl's high standards of cleanliness. No previous retail experience is required, but preference is given to candidates with client-facing retail or service industry experience. Job Duties

  • Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
  • Utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
  • Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by ordering replenishments and ensuring proper storage
  • Complete and maintain required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines
  • Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan and communicate with the store team
  • Support operations by receiving and processing product, executing stockroom operations, and assisting with omnichannel fulfillment
  • Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture
  • Exercise good judgment and take appropriate actions in decision-making
