Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and safety guidelines
- No prior retail experience required

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail

- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment is a plus
- Prior experience in retail or service industry preferred
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance handling
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team by receiving and processing product, executing stockroom operations, and omni channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork in an engaged and inclusive culture
- Exercise good judgment and discernment when making decisions and take appropriate partners as needed
- Demonstrate a customer service mindset by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues satisfactorily
- Meet or exceed individual goals such as productivity, credit, loyalty
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies for the safety of all associates and customers
- Receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from supervisors, managers and other company personnel
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
