Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- No retail experience required
- Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles following Kohl's best practices and standard procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders to replenish when supplies are low, rotate and store supplies properly
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Effectively use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team to receive and process product, execute stockroom operations and omnichannel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
