Job Requirements

- Ability to complete training on chemical and equipment use
- Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance

Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies by placing orders and ensuring proper storage
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely complete basic equipment maintenance following company guidelines
- Use Kohl's tools and technology to plan, communicate and share information with the store team
- Support the operations team with receiving, processing product, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
