Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
- Must adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Willingness to perform physical tasks involved in cleaning
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- No prior retail experience required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred client-facing retail or service industry experience
Job Duties
- Clean all areas of the store including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles following company best practices and procedures
- Utilize only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain company-approved chemical and supply levels by placing orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation
- Complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance
- Routinely perform basic equipment maintenance as per guidelines
- Use company tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team
- Support operations team with receiving and processing product, stockroom operations, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
- Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
- Act with integrity, honesty and foster teamwork
- Exercise good judgment in decision-making
- Demonstrate customer service mindset and resolve issues satisfactorily
- Meet or exceed individual productivity and service goals
- Accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Follow company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Maintain adherence to company safety policies
- Receive and respond proactively to direction from supervisors and managers
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
