Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
no retail experience required

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
client facing retail or service industry experience preferred

Job Duties

Clean all areas of the store following Kohl's best practices and standards procedures, utilize approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure a safe environment, maintain inventory of company-approved chemicals and supplies and place orders when low, complete and maintain required training for chemical, equipment, and maintenance, perform basic equipment maintenance according to company guidelines, use Kohl's tools and technology to communicate and share information with the store team, support operations team with receiving and processing product, execute stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment when needed, engage customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services
