This role focuses on maintaining a clean and safe store environment to ensure customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter the premises. The position involves performing essential cleaning and operational duties across various areas of the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles. Associates are expected to use approved cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment, and to follow Kohl's best practices, standards, and safety guidelines rigorously.

Additionally, this role requires maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies by placing timely orders and ensuring proper storage and rotation of materials. Associates will be trained on chemical handling, equipment use, and maintenance activities. They will also utilize Kohl's technology tools to communicate effectively within the store team and assist the operations team during stockroom activities and omni channel fulfillment when required.
