We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our team. This position offers a starting compensation of $16.66 per hour. As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in supporting our resort operations by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Your responsibilities will include cleaning various resort units such as sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms. You will be responsible for vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and replenishing supplies like kitchenware and toiletries. Maintaining quality standards and adhering to housekeeping detail protocols are key to this role. Additionally, you will contribute to a welcoming environment by making beds, sorting and managing linens, and fostering positive relationships with guests and fellow associates.
In this position, your ability to respond effectively to guest inquiries and concerns will help enhance the overall guest experience and resolve issues promptly. The Housekeeper role is crucial in ensuring that every guest’s stay is comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting that demands teamwork, a professional attitude, and a keen eye for detail. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
