Job Description
Encore Senior Living is a leading provider of senior living communities dedicated to creating warm, caring, and home-like environments where residents can enjoy dignity, privacy, and independence. Our mission is to enrich the daily lives of seniors by fostering an atmosphere that promotes happiness, respect, and well-being. We operate with a strong commitment to professional development and encourage growth from within, making Encore Senior Living a place where employees can build long and rewarding careers. We pride ourselves on a culture grounded in integrity, compassion, quality, and diversity. This culture is not just a set of values but is actively lived every day by every team member, ensuring our residents and their families receive the highest level of care and service.
We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our community, directly contributing to the quality of life our senior residents experience daily. As a member of the housekeeping team, you will enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment where teamwork and kindness are at the forefront. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors by ensuring their living spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming.
This full-time position offers competitive compensation with over 30 hours per week and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance paid by the employer, paid time off accrual, and access to an employee assistance program. We provide full training for all team members, so prior experience in housekeeping is not required, but a passion for working with seniors and a positive, energetic attitude is essential. Our employees take pride in their work and find fulfillment in contributing to a vibrant community that truly values each resident as family.
By joining Encore Senior Living, you will be part of a company where your efforts are recognized and where you can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference every day. We believe that when our team members flourish, so do our residents. You will be surrounded by supportive colleagues who are dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of our clients with passion and professionalism. If you are someone who loves working with seniors, values teamwork, and wants to work in a fun and caring environment, Encore Senior Living is the perfect place for you to start or advance your career in senior care housekeeping.
